Guitars and Harmonies
First and foremost, go stream my new EP, The Nostalgia Tape, right now!!! Secondly, I’d like to apologize again for being MIA for two weeks, a lot has happened- some good, some bad. But let’s get into it shall we?

Palm- Pearly
These guitar licks are so quirky I love it. When her voice goes up and does that thing I feel an overwhelming sense of joy. On top of that, the vocal harmonies on this song are super solid, they blend perfectly.
Loving- Forgot Again
The quirkiness paired with the subtle, smooth licks remind me of the perfect salty and sweet combination. Such a soothing song, I need to figure out how to mix my vocals like this.
Jerkcurb- Night on Earth
A silky smooth voice paired with reverb filled, luscious guitar chords- a classic combo that will never go out of style.
Real Estate- Saturday
The way this song builds up is absolutely perfect. The subtle vocal harmonies and slight guitar runs and small turns make this song an indie rock masterpiece.
Jake Bugg- Simple As This
One of the most unique voices I’ve ever heard. I love the way he layers his vocals, it creates this almost out of tune vibrato grinding against each other yet it somehow works.
Temples- Shelter Song
I don’t even have to say anything for this song. It completely speaks for itself, just take the time to critically listen.
Darwin Deez- (800) Human
One of my all time biggest inspirations and favorite guitarists. As always, amazing guitar work and vocal layering from Brooklyn native Darwin Deez. Fun fact, I met him while tripping absolute sack at a very intimate concert of his. Ask me for the awkward pic we took together!
Diane Coffee- Soon To Be, Won't To Be
The vocals immediately caught my attention the first time I heard this song. I highly recommend listening to this one in headphones, closing your eyes and just letting this song take you.
Mr Twin Sister- Echo Arms
This song feels like getting a hug from an acid hippie at the disco club, you’re not mad about it though. Bust a move to the band with the best name.
King Gizzard & The Lizard Wizard and Mild High Club- Dusk To Dawn On Lygon Street
Speaking of dope band names…. This is one of the most harmonically interesting songs from one of the craziest collab albums ever created. Do yourself a favor and get hip to both of these bands.
A lot of very different tracks for this week, hope y’all enjoy them! Keep an open mind, there’s a lot of amazing music out there, like my new EP, that you should have listened to by now! See ya :-P
